(i) To provide residential setting that would allow, encourage, and support wholesome and healthy
interactions amongst our individuals, family members, or guardians, and members of the general
community at large.
(ii) To provide a humanizing environment that permit the individual to attain a rhythm and routine of
life appropriate for the individual's chronological age and functional capabilities.
(iii) To provide a goal oriented continuum of quality residential services that will introduce
opportunities for the development of normalized attudes and behaviors, the making of individual
choices, the risk of success and failures, and the maximization of the individual's potential for
independent living, and,
(iv) To provide comprehensive medical intervention,life skils training,psychosocial assessments and
palliative therapeutic intervention in a structured treatment milieu.
Our Scope of Services: We offer our services to persons with developmental, emotional and, or, physical disabilities. The program offers opportunities for persons diagnosed with the following: - Physical Aggression
- Impulsive behavior
- Self-injurious behaviors
- Autism
- Cerebral Palsy
- Elopement
- Attention Deficit & Hyperactive Disorder
- Pica
- Other severe and non-severe behaviors and emotional disorders, with or without, a fragile medical and/or physical condition.
Our Residential Opportunities: Our residential programming is very idividualized but inclusive,simulating the dynamics of familial environment that allows the individual to function at his or her own pace; engendering confidence in the individual through the realization that there is dignity in success as well as in failure. We promote a medium in which the individual is encouraged to try out his or her independence, empowered by the knowledge that there is an enabling support system that he or she could get help from whenever help is needed.

The company's Board of Directors, which includes, a program individual, a parent of a disabled individual/a family member/guardian, and member of the community at large, provide oversight on policy matters and ensure ethical,fiscal, and professional integrity and responsibility. A team of experienced Human Services professionals provides the day-to-day management of the company.
